ABOUT

Donna lives on the North Shore of Boston and spends summers on the Outer Cape in Wellfleet, MA. She received her education in Fine Arts at Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, MA. Inspired by her observations of tranquil moments in nature, she interprets this sense of peace through her passion for painting.

"Much of my inspiration is gathered as I observe life’s simple pleasures throughout my day– a walk on the beach, a treelined trail, a neighborhood of homes and gardens, the many tranquil images of everyday life. Through my use of color, I compose my work to capture the quietude of these moments. I invite the viewer to experience this moment of tranquility within each painting."
