Your booking for (10) hours of The Gallery on Federal includes private access to our 650 sq foot Gallery space at the heart of Newburyport for your special occasion! Featuring white walls as your blank canvas, beautiful wooden beams, and black concrete floors, The Gallery on Federal is sure to fit any theme or gathering.
Setup and breakdown must be calculated in your booked time.

Last booking available at 1:30pm
Cancellations allowed but must give at least 30 day notice when canceling or rescheduling your booking. Cancelling within 30 days may incur a 25% fee of your balance.
Total booking amount $1000 for 10 hours.
$100 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of booking, to be applied to final booking amount. Remaining amount due 10 days before event or the day before event, whichever occurs first.
The Gallery space includes a bathroom in the venue, street parking, and a private entrance. The Gallery is street level for easy load in/load out. The Gallery features black concrete floors, beautiful historic wooden beams, and white walls that can be used as your blank canvas. Outside food is okay for smaller events but must be hauled away at end of event. For larger parties or caterers, they must be licensed and insured.
The space should be cleaned by you or your vendor partners during your booked time. A trash removal fee of $50 will be applied if unable to handle removal.
Event Planning assistance can be purchased for an additional flat rate fee to help manage your event and includes access to local vendors and discounts. We have a wide variety of relationships that can make your occasion special. This includes: florists, rentals, artists, speakers, bakers, caterers, bartenders, and local restaurants, and more.
