Located on the first floor in Newburyport's historic Tannery Gate House, our open and airy floor plan features 650 square feet of white walls, historic wooden beams, black and concrete floors, all within walking distance of Newburyport's charming downtown.
Rentable Space for Your Occasion
Hourly, Half Days, & Full Days
Event Planning assistance can be purchased for an additional flat rate fee to help manage your event and includes access to local vendors and discounts. We have a wide variety of relationships that can make your occasion special. This includes: florists, rentals, artists, speakers, bakers, caterers, bartenders, and local restaurants, and more.
We offer hourly rates up to 4 hours, and blocks of 6 hours, 8 hours, and 10 hours. We also offer packages for multiple days for those who need the venue for longer periods of time.
