What more could you want from a renovation? Kate and her Team treated my tiny house as if it were a castle. Without a massive gut renovation, KSD transformed my downstairs — pulling together two amazing contractors, a meticulous painter, a precision wallpaper hanger, a plumber, an electrician, along with a million other things, and seamlessly managed every aspect of the project from start to finish. My downstairs is now living up to its full and glorious potential. When people walk into the new entryway they pause and say Jen, this is so you! I’m over the moon with how everything turned out and am looking forward to having Kate and her Team back to reinvigorate my upstairs.
